- Clay Dubbs – situated on Gelt Road (used by Clay Dubbs Allotment Association)
- Lonning Head – situated on Gelt Road
- Gelt Woods – Low Gelt Bridge to steps at Blackpath (approx. 26 acres)
- The Mote (Moat) and Mote garden
- The Sands
- The Dandy public footpath (from Station Road to underpass)
- Lovers Lane
- Murray Park
- Cotehill Park (used by local cricket team and Cotehill Park Community Green Space)
- Irthing Park play area
- Elmfield play area and drying green
- Bus shelters – 2 situated at The Sands
- Capon Tree Memorial – situated off Capon Tree Road
The Parish Council leases and maintains the following land
- Showfield Car Park – long stay car park situated off Gelt Road
- King George V Playing Field – includes football pitches and play area
- St. Martin’s play area

- St. Martin’s Churchyard – situated behind St. Martin’s Church.
- Grass cutting -Craw Hall/Gelt Road/Capon Tree/Clay Dubbs/Longtown Road-Church Lane/Milton phone box area.
- Seat maintenance – Gelt Road/Church Lane/Capon Tree/Craw Hall
- Flower beds – Sands/St. Martin’s Church-Hadrian’s statue/Craw Hall
- Area at Hadrian’s statue – Front Street/Main Street
